I'm putting the backing on and binding the edges today, and will hand quilt it over the weekend.

I'm at a stage right now where I can't work on the quilt while my daughter is home/awake. It looks too much like a quilt now, and she'll know it is for her! I want it to be a surprise! And it is KILLING ME. I'm ready to lay everything out and put the binding on, but I can't work on it until tonight after she goes to bed.
I guess I will start working on cutting strips for my son's quilt then. I've got the sewing bug today, and I hate that I can't sew while she's home.
